This story starts when hardening and Kendra, the main characters of this book, have to spend a few weeks with their granddaddy and grannie. This happens while their p arnts are on a sail in the Nile. They are brothers; Kendra is the oldest unrivalled being 13 days while bent is 11. They have never visited them and they dont want to go. The setting is at grandfather and Grandma Sorensons house. grandpa tells them that Grandma is away visiting a range friend and for them to behave themselves while they are at the house. He tells them that they must never leave the yard and go into the wood. They concisely find out that their property is actually a cover for all kinds of mystical creatures and that their Grandpa is the caretaker. They found out these when Grandpa tells th em that this place is a secret preserve and lets them drink in a special milk so they can clear back all the fairies that play around the yard. This milk is the mavin that he took from the animal he had at the farm. The animal he had was a Giant Cow about 20 feet tall. indoors the woods there was a witch named Muriel that was attached by a rope with two knots in her arms. She is very correctly; at one time the knots were untied she will be free causing more danger. Later Seth captures a fairy and leaves her in a box hidden in his room. He didnt chouse that if a fairy didnt leave with sun feeble it turn into an imp. The fairies masturbate so mad at Seth that they catch him when entering to the pot and turn him into a walrus.
